Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee mi vyjely r\u016fzn\u00e9 vitam\u00edny anebo potravinov\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky, co \u010dlov\u011bk mus\u00ed. T\u0159eba si p\u0159ed sp\u00e1nkem vz\u00edt, co \u010dlov\u011bk mus\u00ed, v\u0161echno si vz\u00edt, ne\u017e jdete do postele. Byly tam r\u016fzn\u00e9 vitam\u00edny a l\u00e9ky, ale tak\u00e9 r\u016fzn\u00e9 cviky, t\u0159eba \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk m\u00e1 relaxovat nebo meditovat a \u017ee samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nesm\u00ed v\u016fbec s\u00e1hnout po mobiln\u00edm telefonu n\u011bjakou dobu p\u0159ed sp\u00e1nkem nebo p\u0159ed ulehnut\u00edm. \u0158eknu v\u00e1m, \u017ee ale tohle dodr\u017eet je velice n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. \u010clov\u011bk si mus\u00ed ud\u011blat n\u011bjak\u00fd n\u00e1vyk, pro n\u011bkoho je to jednoduch\u00e9, ale pro n\u011bkoho slo\u017eit\u00e9.
